- Support of STAR user inquiries and problems via ticket / e-mail / phone;

- Support in STAR system testing for error fixes and newly deployed Change Requests;
- Development of proposals and participation in improving the quality of support (interfaces);
- End user support for SDA AISBL colleagues in case of Hardware issues.
