Weekly ATM, UTM and airports review

It's always exciting to see the impact of cutting-edge technologies in the air traffic management sector.

With this in mind, it's great news that Xsight Systems have recently developed ArcWise. It's an AI-based runway safety technology that works as an advanced runway monitoring solution.

We'll surely see more innovative new applications of AI in air traffic management, and it's exciting to see!

Speaking of new technologies, The iTEC Alliance has launched iTEC OneSky. It's being labeled as the next step in cooperation and development for its highly advanced air traffic management system. It's part of its strategy to tackle both the impact of COVID-19 and to bolster efforts to combat climate change.

In other news, EUROCONTROL are continuing to roll out the informative series on the impact of COVID-19 on airports. This week, you can learn more on how it has affected Dublin, Schiphol, and IGA Istanbul.

Finally, we'd like to share another one of our podcasts that you might find interesting. It's a talk with Niclas Gustavsson on the subject of remote towers. Here's the link so you can give it a listen.
